Follow Your Heart Journeys, LLC was founded by Dianne to provide professional coaching services of the highest ethics, and to offer organized retreats to facilitate introspection, spiritual connection, and relaxation in Mother Nature’s finest locations. A writer, speaker and adventure tour guide, she is a member of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, the International Coaching Federation, the Institute for Spiritual Inquiry, and the Evolutionary Institute. Dianne lives on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast near her father of 90+ years, where they enjoy playing golf. An avid outdoors person, she enjoys the wonders and solitude of Mother Nature regularly.
Education and Professional Experience
Ms. Kipp graduated magna cum laude in nursing, and after a successful nursing and medical research career, completed graduate work in information technology at Northeastern University. She managed complex teams across diverse cultures in the US, France and Puerto Rico during her tenure in the pharmaceutical industry, and has several ground breaking implementations in technology and medical research to her credit. Dianne also served as Director of Public Advocacy for the American Heart Association, and is a member of their community board. Her interests outside of corporate led her on her own heart’s journey to develop a successful woman’s golf business, a sailing charter business in the Caribbean, and a small business consulting firm.
